Dan Roach – President
Dan has been involved in numerous successful businesses, including Gold Circuit Electronics, Allied Supply Chain Solutions and Helios Digital. In his role, he provides pre-deal due diligence and post-deal consultation to startup teams. He specializes in guiding management teams through the challenging issues that can often inhibit success. Dan has over 10 years of organizational business start up experience in over 15 high technology companies. His professional expertise lies in organizational and executive development, particularly business transitions, management team building, and new product development coaching.

Dan lives in Northern Massachusetts and enjoys Fishing, Hunting and spending time with his three children.

Chris Bourne – Vice President, Operations
Chris brings over 25 years high-tech manufacturing operations experience gained at top-tier organizations including Cisco Systems, 3Com and Silicon Graphics. He has held senior leadership positions responsible for global supply chain strategy, supply-demand planning, subcontractor operations management, commodity sourcing strategy and supplier management.

Chris lives on the central coast of California where he enjoys sailing, tennis and golf.
